What we do

Dance4Fitness hold classes for adults who are interested in learning to dance. Whether you’re a complete beginner or you’ve had experience before we have classes in different styles of dance that will suit your interest and level of fitness. With different styles to choose from such as; Classical Ballet, Tap and Jazz, we will have something to inspire you which will be tailored to your needs. All sessions are fun, enjoyable and taught by a professional qualified dance teacher with over twenty years experience of teaching a variety of styles at all levels.

Adult classes provide a fun and satisfying way to improve muscle tone, flexibility and co-ordination as well as improving dance technique and provide a great sense of well-being. Our professionally trained instructors tailor sessions around individual class needs, so whatever your age or ability there's a class for you.
