Ballet is a low/medium impact class which is extremely good for strengthening, toning, re aligning the body, promoting good posture and balance. It also helps to improve co-ordination and cognitive brain function. You will learn the basis of Classical Ballet technique, alignment and placement in Barre and Centre work exercises, dancing to Classical and up to date music.
